Damned Liverpool....

How the heck did they manage to get into the Champions League, even though Real Madrid didn't?

Oh well, they are part of that group which features a bunch of elite clubs, and also, a few those in the UEFA council are liverpool fans. I guess that makes all the difference.

I mean, c'mon, must a champion play to make a tournament a "tournament"? If that's the case, the UEFA cup isn't a tournament anymore. It's just another playground, since quite a few of the UEFA cup winners (Valencia and Porto, at the very least) will play in the champions leage in the next season.

Also, isn't it more fun to see a different team lift the trophy? What's the point to see the same team lift the damned cup year after year?

But that isn't the case. What I'm wondering, is how the heck Liverpool can get in, when Real Madrid is forced out, and the Spanish FA is forced to kick Zaragota out instead. The results are obvious: Zaragota screwed up that year, and got relegated the next. The amount of money made in the champion's league is obviously important. Not only that, the fact that Liverpool is allowed to defend their title, also mean that some poor team will be kicked out. Also, the schedule will be totally screwed, thanks to them. So, I had never liked the idea of Liverpool getting into the Champion's League, and I still do. They didn't qualify. Nuff said. It's like the Olympics, you don't qualify? Don't play. Simple. Heck, if Brazil is forced to qualify, why can liverpool waltz into the champion's league?

Oh well.

That means England has 8 teams (4 Champion's League, 3 UEFA cup, and Liverpool being the extra team that sits no where) in Europe next season. Too bad Man City isn't in G11, or however they call it, or they will be able to take Liverpool's vacant seat in the UEFA cup.

However, it would be amusing to see what would have had happened if Liverpool is rejected, as Real Madrid was. Everton will protest like there's no tomorrow if their neighbours are allowed to play at their own expense. After all, it is thanks to Liverpool who screwed Everton's Winner's Cup chances thanks to their lovely fans. Many have said that it is thanks to Everton missing out on the Winner's Cup, as to the decline in the late 1980s, and the whole of the 1990s.

In fact, there are people who doubt Everton's ability in Champion's League. Just because Liverpool has more stars, does not mean that Liverpool > Everton. After all, it is those wins over teams which Liverpool lost and drew with, did Everton gain their spot. If liverpool cannot win against these "lowly teams which Everton beat", how can they win against giants like Bayern, AC, and so on? Sure, they won them this season, but can they do so again next season?

The wait will be interesting, especially since Liverpool has to play from the very bottom. =D

Hmm, the latest craze around is this "laminating" of your handphone/MP3 player/Laptop/pillow. Interesting. However, one person said that the main purpose is to keep herself unique...

Hmm..

>_>

<_<

Seriously, $22 or something to make yourself unique? A phone, is a phone. I don't know how you view people, but I don't view people by how their handphone is, how new their MP3 player is, or how their laptop isn't the good old black coloured. That's just going overboard. Are you the only one who have thought of this idea? What if someone appears with the same design or something? Spend another $22? Seesh.

If you want to be unique, make your own handphone or something. You are using the ones which probably ever 1 in 4 people have, because it was on offer at that time. There's no use covering what's on top, becase what's below, is the same thing!

Such things actually show someone's character.

Beauty is only skin deep

LoL

Then again, I may get one of these wraps myself, since they can make my mp3 player scratch proof. I really would like that, since I do love my MP3 player very much.

Then again...it coems with a nice carry bag.

So...

No.
